Season pass limitations:

• Season passes cannot be shared with other individuals.
• Must make reservations using season pass code online prior to arrival.
• Pass holders are still subject to schedule limitations.
• Passholders are limited to one reservation per day per passholder.

Pass holder cancellation policy:

•  Cancelations can be made up to an hour before reserved timeslot.
• Passholders who fail to cancel at least an hour before reserved time are subject to a cancellation fee.

No show or late policy:

• As with all of our reservations, please arrive 15 minutes prior to reserved time slot.
• Pass holders who fail to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reserved time slot are subject to cancellation and associated fees.
• Pass holders who fail to arrive for their time slot or “No show” are subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeat violators of these restrictions are subject to their passes being revoked.

Pass holders must still go through preflight orientations and ground schools.
